When is my order shipped?

We roast and ship within 24 business hours of your order being placed.

How long will it take to get my order?

All orders within U.S. are domestic orders and they will arrive in 4-5 days. Priority shipping is available for an extra fee.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use the United State Postal Service or UPS.

How can I track my order?

We will send tracking information to the email address associated with your order once the item has been shipped.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to United States. We’ll be sure to keep you up to date on new shipping locations. We offer flat rate shipping on all orders within the United States.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on all orders of $50 USD or more, within the United States.

How do I return an item/receive a refund?

If you find that you’re not completely satisfied with your Wake & Brew Coffee, we will gladly issue you a refund. No need to ship the coffee back to us. We stand by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. Please send us a quick message on why it didn’t meet your standards. We’re always looking for ways to improve our product!

You can buy Wake & Brew Coffee products directly on this website. We are not yet located in any retail locations, but we’ll be sure to keep you up to date on all our locations.

How safe is it to order online?

We only use the safest payment processing services on the web. If you have any security questions or concerns please check out our payment processors security measures via PayPal.com or Shopify Payments.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What is your return and exchange policy?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, within 30 days of placing your order, we will refund you for your purchase no questions asked. Please note that shipping costs may not be refunded.

When is my coffee roasted?

Our coffee is roasted to order. It will be roasted on the next business day after your order is placed.

Do you make whole bean or ground coffee?

We only ship whole bean coffee because we believe great coffees are best ground right before use.

What size bag does Wake & Brew Coffee come in?

All our coffees are shipped in 12 oz. one-way valve bags for ultimate freshness.

How long does Wake & Brew Coffee stay fresh?

All coffees have a shelf life, and should be used within 30 days of order date. Coffee will taste best when ground right before brewing.

How do you store Wake & Brew Coffee?

Coffee is best stored in an airtight container, away from direct sunlight, heat and sources of humidity. Avoid putting your coffee in the refrigerator or freezer.
